For all of the talk the MVP conversation gets, the Offensive Rookie of The Year chase is fascinating to me. Bo Nix is coming on strong and may actually be the most consistent of the rookie QBs, but Jayden Daniels is downright incredible. People I talk to in the league are convinced he’s the next true superstar.
Then, you have guys like Brock Bowers and Bucky Irving and Ladd McConkey putting up video game numbers as key cogs for their teams. This one’s going to be fun to watch play out. Such a deep and gifted draft class.
There will be a few great debates, for sure. I was planning to do to a survey.....maybe we can both do one and cross promote (I think voters need to be subscribers of the survey site). Just a raw idea. I have an annual rant that words have meaning. The Most Valuable Player should be the one player more valuable to his team's fate than ANY other player is to his team, across the NFL It should not be about irrelevant stats or even winning record. But QBs have a value that is high to begin with, so ...there's that. Looking forward to it..........A Debate? Lots to discuss, as you point out
