Outstanding "REVIEW" on Ricky Watters . . . Great Reading Frank . . . THANKS!!!!!

Ricky once hid on the sideline in a raincoat when he didn't want to go back in the game because Charlie Garner was getting more touches. Rhodes and Gruden could not find him. It was a DeVondre Campbell moment. And I think the sideline definitely qualifies as "the field!"

There's a lot more to his shenanigans in Philly than For Who, For What. In my opinion, there are many MUCH better qualified semifinalists!

Thanks Mike. And there you go. Good intel. So let’s get Watters in the room so we can officially discuss his candidacy, warts and all. This seems to be best time with only 2 years of modern eligibility left and some big name RBs due to join the party next year. Watters, Steve Wisniewski and Eric Allen have two years of Modern Era eligibility left before they fall into the Senior Abyss. Richmond Webb has three. There is room for them on the 15 so we can SOGOTP and if they do fall into the Abyss, which began with a list of 167 seniors this year, we will know more about them. At the other end we have six candidates in their first year of eligibility and we waste an inordinate amount of attention discussing first ballot eligibility. If they are indeed worthy of first year induction it should e so damned obvious that there should be be little or no discussion. While Watters, Wiz and Allen have only two years of Modern eligibility, they have two decades. And whenever they are inducted, the jacket is just as gold and the bust is still as bronze. This is the front line of Recency Bias. So let’s keep the 20 year window in perspective
